1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vippj Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the vippj Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vippj Casino ("vippj," "we," "us," or "our"). vippj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the vippj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the vippj Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

vippj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vippj may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the vippj Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment details.

vippj conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by applicable regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

vippj reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vippj Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify vippj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your vippj account.

vippj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified vippj of unauthorized access and vippj has confirmed receipt of such notification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vippj Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits funded by credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited on the vippj Platform in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the vippj deposit page and are subject to change. Players will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method but vippj targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal Verification: vippj may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

vippj reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vippj may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• vippj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vippj Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and fishing arcade games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• vippj uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, vippj's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. vippj's decision in such matters is final.
• vippj reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. vippj is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vippj Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vippj staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vippj Platform — including but not limited to the vippj brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vippj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vippj Platform without prior written consent from vippj.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vippj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform's operation beyond vippj's reasonable control.

vippj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vippj account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The vippj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vippj makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Privacy & Data

vippj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vippj implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and vippj cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Responsible Gaming

vippj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

13. Termination

vippj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vippj determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease.
• Any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited.
• Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination (where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vippj support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the vippj Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. vippj's operations are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other applicable regulatory bodies.

15. Amendments

vippj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vippj will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the vippj Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
